Viewing your results within the app is only possible once you have connected your HumanCode account to your Helix account.  This gives us authorization to access the portion of data we need to provide the insights within the app.

If you tried to connect your account and were unable to, please try these steps:

  1. Reset your Helix account password.
  2. Reset your password for your HumanCode account within the DNAPassport or BABYGlimpse apps. 
  3. Log back into the DNAPassport or BABYGlimpse app and try to connect again.  
  4. Make sure to use your Helix login when connecting to your Helix account.
